...I’m sittin here thinkin about what I can do to re-create my sexy. I can’t bring back something that was never lost, but I am constantly seekin new ways to re-create my sexy, and to feel sexy at every waking moment... for me, sexy is a state of mind, and in my mind I am sexy at all times... So lesson number one is thinkin, feelin, and selling yourself on your own levels of sexiness...

...several weeks ago, I surrounded myself around a group of sexy vivacious 360 women who are in their own right some sexy ass diva’s... we participated in a belly dancing class, I was nowhere near prepared for this class however, I had a blast, and have decided to add it into my weekly routine... You may ask why belly dancing? Well, it’s a form of exercise, but most importantly belly dancing and erotica go hand and hand... And we all know how I feel about erotica, and lawd knows I am constantly seekin ways to add to my erotic library... but more than anything to see a room filled with women of all shapes and sizes getting their belly dance on inspired me in more was than one... Being in that room confirmed that we as women are sexy no matter what shape, size, or color, sexy as stated earlier is: a state of mind, a state of being...

...so this blog is in celebration of all my sexy 360 female friends, sort of a public service announcement, if your feelin down and out, feelin like your swagger is off, and your sex game has gone, always remember one simple rule you hold the key to releasing your sexy, it’s a matter of flipping a switch, and finding what’s sexy for you, and to you... for me, a bottle of Ralph Lauren Turquoise sets the tone for my sexy mind set... I was always a fragrance hound, but when little man was born, I had to put the brakes on the layering of perfume... Talk about a blow to my sexy! When a sista was walkin around with no perfume on I thought all hell was gonna break loose, but in being a mom, you realize that sacrifices must be made... After a 2 year fragrance hiatus, I decided to become one with my bottle, and with a quick spray of an atomizer, I was immediately transformed into the sexy vixen I had always been, who got lost in the early stages of motherhood... Oh what a feelin! (tip of the day: if your a fragrance wearer, I suggest layering, it’s best to by the body lotion that compliments the fragrance, however a non-scented lotion or Vaseline works wonders, place your lotion of choice in hand, and spray the perfume in the lotion, and then rub the lotion as usual! Nothin like a lil layering for a long lasting impression.)

now I don’t know about the rest of my sexy sista’s in crime, but ummm, the right pair of shoes can make a sista feel sexy on any given day... I am a self proclaimed shoe obsessed sista... I will spend my last dime on a pair shoes, it’s a damn shame, but you best believe, it’s true! Somethin about puttin on a sexy high heel sandal on a hot summer day to transform my mind set from blah to blissful... Can’t put my finger on what a pair of shoes does for my soul, but i’mma tell ya, I become powerful in the right shoes, and the compliments that follow, let me know that, I do have the power... I blame it on my momma!

• A flirty little skirt to bring out the flirt in me...
  
  

Somethin about putting on a dress, or a sexy lil skirt to awaken the sleepin beast... I ran track as a child and have a mean set of calves! So the combination of some sexy stiletto’s along with my sexy calves, in a sexy ass dress or flirty lil skirt is an added boost to my sexy factor.

I am a makeup junkie! Simple as that... I consider myself to be an overall attractive female, (overall meaning looks and personality) but when I “beat” my face, I transform... I become “super Teal”... At one time the make up was my “Linus” blanket, I would not leave the house without my face being beat from the eyebrows to the lips... Motherhood has changed that, and the funny thing is I get more pull when I’m without makeup... It’s not a necessity, but it’s mos def the one simple thing I can do that will give me an immediate boost, and the one thing to put me in that “sexy zone”...

I was always a bath taker, never liked showers, baths are more relaxing and outside of my balcony the bathtub is where I get in tune with my thoughts.. Baths like perfume were forgotten when I had lil man, I would take a bath and freak out when he would cry... That didn’t last long, once I got back to work from maternity leave I realized that taking a shower required less time... Once lil man got a lil older I got back into taking baths... I started to incorporate candles, mixed in with my absolute favorite luxury bath gels, and every so often I’ll go holistic and get down with a aroma therapy bath... For me a candle lit bath with a nice glass of Chardonnay makes a sista feel extra sexy, often times the appetizer for a nite of finger play! Ummm, how sexy is that? (another tip from Teal, some may prefer lotion, some may prefer good ole’ Vaseline, but there is nothing that can compare to a sweet smelling souffle, or body creme! Trust me on this... it’s like butta baby! Butta for the body that is...)

Ok, we all know I got a thang for my breast! I can’t help it, there fat, juicy, and the nipples are perfect, and let’s not forget they lactate... Fat, juicy ass, lactating nipples may not be the next persons cup of tea, but let me tell ya, I get off on lookin at these humongous tits! When I’m dressin in the morning or undressing in the evening, I always take a pause for the breast cause... post scripts and afterthoughts: i wrote this blog a few weeks ago, probably after the first belly dancing class ( by the way since lil man has been back i haven't been able to attend belly dancing, which i miss a great deal! with us getting into a good school flow i'm hopin to incorporate the class into our weekly routine)... as i sit here reviewing prior to posting, i can’t believe i didn’t include one of my absolute favorties: feet and hands! I swear there is something to be said about well manicured hands, with perfectly placed jewelery... i guess it’s my love of funky rings on nice fingers, but something as simple as lotioned hands along with the perfect ring also makes mami feel extra sexy!
